We need to add email@example.com to your list of approved senders to be able to send emails to your buyers.
1.) Head over to:
- Click here for US Marketplace Sellers (US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil)
- Click here for Europe Marketplace Sellers (UK, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Turkey)
2.) On the manage permissions box click "+Add an email address" at the bottom left of the box.
3.) Enter firstname.lastname@example.org and click save.
4.) You're done!
Please Note: Amazon will put any emails trying to send on behalf of your account from email@example.com on hold until you confirm the email address as an approved sender. Amazon will notify you of this by email.
Once you approve the email, Amazon will take those emails off hold and let them send through. However; with accounts sending more than 100 emails a day, you do not want to let the hold emails pile up. No guarantee how many emails Amazon will put on hold queue and may even delete some.
